Sofia Reyes

Sofia trained as a nurse and spent ten years in hospital operations, finishing as deputy director of nursing at a large teaching hospital in London. The move into search came in 2015, first at a healthcare specialist firm and then at Roster from 2017.

Sofia leads the healthcare and life sciences practice, appointing chief nursing officers, medical directors and heads of clinical operations for hospital groups, alongside commercial and regulatory leaders for biotech and medtech. Clinical experience shapes how every search is run. Sofia spends time on wards before writing a brief, references candidates with the people who reported to them as well as their managers, and is direct with clients about what inspection results say about the role they are filling.
