Your next move, handled quietly

Most senior roles are filled before they are ever advertised. Register once and hear from the consultant who covers your field when something genuinely fits.

  • Confidential, always

We never send your CV to a client without your say-so, and we name the client before you agree to anything.

  • One consultant

The person who calls you is the person running the search. No call centres, no hand-offs.

  • Pay data first

You see what the role and the market pay before anyone asks for your expectations.

  • Honest feedback

After every interview, whatever the outcome, within two working days.

Four steps, at your pace.

Register your CV
  1. Register

Five minutes: your CV, the sectors you work in and what would tempt you.

  2. A proper conversation

Thirty minutes with a consultant about your career, not just your last job.

  3. Introductions

Only to roles you have agreed to, with a written brief on the client and the people.

  4. Offer and beyond

We negotiate the package, manage notice and counter-offers, and check in after you start.

How to read a job spec like a recruiter

A job specification is a negotiated document, and the useful signals are structural. Ten things a recruiter reads for, and the questions to ask next.

Questions candidates ask

Do you charge candidates?

Never. Our fees are paid by the employer. Registering, career conversations and salary data are free.

Will my current employer find out?

Not from us. We never contact a referee or share your details without your explicit agreement, and we keep a do-not-approach list for every candidate.

I am not actively looking. Should I register?

Yes. Most of the people we place were not looking when we first spoke. Tell us what would make a move worthwhile and we will only call when something meets it.

How long do you keep my details?

Two years from our last conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can update or remove your profile at any time by emailing our privacy team.
