Grace Tran

Grace began in product management at a London fintech, then spent three years in the data science team of a large retailer before moving into search. Grace joined Roster in 2019 to open the technology practice’s London desk, working alongside Marcus in New York.

Grace recruits heads of data, AI and machine learning leaders, engineering directors and chief information security officers, mostly for scale-ups and established companies modernising their platforms in the UK and Europe. Searches start with a technical conversation with the hiring team, and Grace builds assessment around real problems from the client’s own stack rather than generic exercises.
